... is an interdisciplinary Workshop and a continuation or follow-up to MEET YOUR MOBILITY.

In the four-hour workshop MEET YOUR FLOW we will get into the flow of our body by going into different techniques from the fields of Massage, Movement, Breathing, Partner Practice, Soft Acrobatics, Dance and Improvisation. We will also work on our Mobility and Fascia.

 

Moving Massage, Movement and Partner Practice will play a major role in the Workshop. How can we move in our flow and thus also others? What does flow mean? What does it mean for you to move others? Does movement only happen visibly from the outside? How much strength do I need for my movements?

 

I found inspiration in the following areas: different Massage Techniques, Dance, Improvisation, Partnering, Partner Acrobatics, Contact Improvisation, Movement Research, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Soft Acrobatics, Mobility, Fascia Training, and probably many other areas as well. As well as from various teachers.

The Workshop is for all bodies who want to get more into their flow, physically and mentally, increase their movement practice, body language and range of motion as well as learn something new and share it with others.

All levels and movement backgrounds are welcome.

 

We will playfully put together all the techniques we learn from the beginning and go into an improvisation at the end, alone and with tactile help from another person. You can get into your own rhythm and move and let yourself move as you feel comfortable!
